Blade Type Rotary Damper

The LONGWAY blade type rotary damper includes a housing, a shaft, damping silicone oil, and blades; The shaft is rotatably arranged in the first accommodating chamber, and a communication space is provided between the shaft and the partition block; The blade is located in the first containment chamber and is set on the side of the shaft body; The blades, shaft body, and partition block can separate the first containment chamber into a first chamber and a second chamber. Rotating the shaft and blades can increase or decrease the size of the first chamber, and can increase or decrease the size of the second chamber; The connected space is set up to connect the first cavity and the second cavity. The shaft rotates until one end of the blade contacts the partition block, and rotates in the opposite direction until the other end of the blade contacts the partition block, so that the shaft can rotate until both ends of the blade contact the partition block. Compared with traditional rotary dampers, the shaft of this damper can rotate at a larger angle and has higher adaptability.

Strong stability in slow fall time, with fluctuations only between 1S-5S; 2 small sizes with large torque, with an outer diameter of only Φ 20mm, and a torque of 0.5-4N. m can be achieved; 3. Strong safety, the cover plate can slowly fall when opened at a small angle, and has anti pinch function; 4. Silent design, no abnormal noise during the slow descent of the mechanism, comfortable and quiet; 5.
